In our case the Pain levels were high, but so was our Soul Cleave and Soul Bomb use (the only spenders), and the output was often above the healers in the groups we ran.
Resource capping isn’t an issue, that is to say, being capped doesn’t hurt you and it can only help you. Should others expect this kind of response too comments on macros made by you Viper? I find the macro is resource capped frequently
